The Medina County Solid Waste District has placed 3 recycling bins at our
Maintenance Garage located at 6539 Avon Lake Road. These are for "Single Stream" recycling
which allows you to place all your recyclable items mixed together in one bin.

The Chatham V.F.W. will be hosting an American Red Cross blood drive on
Thursday February 11th, from 2-7PM. Walk in and donate or you may schedule an
appointment by calling 1-800-733-2767 or online at www.redcrossblood.org
Comprehensive Plan Update Committee
The time has come to review & update our Comprehensive Plan for Development. If
you are interested in participating, please consider attending our first meeting
on Thursday February 11th, 7PM, in the Trustee meeting room at the Community Center.

Bicentennial Planning Committee
Chatham Township was founded in 1818. We will be forming a committee to celebrate
the upcoming bicentennial in 2018. We welcome all to help plan and participate in
this historic milestone. Our first meeting will be held on Thursday, February 18th,
7PM, in the Trustee meeting room at the Community Center. Questions may be directed

Soup - Salad Supper & Information Fair
Our annual community sponsored Soup & Salad Supper will be held at the Community Center on
Saturday February 13th, at 5:28PM.
Whether a township resident or not, you are invited to attend and taste the wide variety of homemade soups along with
a complimentary tossed salad.
Take-out orders will also be available.
In addition to this wonderful meal, we have representatives from some of our local organizations and businesses AND the Historical Society will be showing some of their vintage films of
some of Chatham's historical events.
Please come & enjoy this great opportunity to learn about our Township and history while you
enjoy a fine meal & fellowship!
Donations are greatly appreciated, the proceeds from this event go
towards supplies and maintenance of the Community Center.
Song of the Sea

Admission is FREE! Movie starts at 7PM
Concessions open at 6:45PM offering
popcorn, refreshments and misc. snacks. Pizza available midway through the movie!
Bring your family for an enjoyable evening!
We have clothes, house wares, toys, furniture etc. Thrift room is open during most events at
the Community Center. Our volunteers will accept monetary "free will donations" for these goods.
The proceeds are used to purchase food, refreshments, maintenance items etc. used at the Community Center.
Have leftover items from your garage or yard sale? We accept all useable items!

"Friends of the CTCC" a volunteer group whose efforts make the Community Center and its many events possible Anniversary, Retirement, Birthday and Graduation Parties
