The Medina County Solid Waste District has placed 2 recycling bins at our
Maintenance Garage located at 6539 Avon Lake Road. These are for "Single Stream" recycling
which allows you to place all your recyclable items mixed together in one bin.

Saturday October 10th and Sunday the 11th, 10AM - 5:30PM, visit the Apple Butter Festival
at the VFW. Enjoy bean soup, chili, biscuits with apple butter and doughnuts. See how apple-butter
is made! Craft show In the VFW as well as other exhibits.
Fall Foliage Tour
The Chatham Historical Society will be included in this years event taking place Sat. & Sun. October 10th
& 11th, 12-6PM at 6306 Avon Lake Road. Their museums will be open featuring many demonstrations and exhibts
including antique oil field equipment, antique farm show, and the LaGrange Engine Club.
During the above events,The Community Center (former elementary school) at 6306 Avon Lake Road will be overflowing with vendors
inside & outside at our annual Flea Market.

Movie Night - Saturday October 17th. Admission is FREE! Concessions open at 7:30 offering popcorn, pizza,
refreshments and misc. snacks. Movie will be shown OUTDOORS at 8PM. If the weather is uncooperative, alternate location will

We have clothes, house wares, toys, furniture etc. Thrift room is open during most events at
the Community Center. Our volunteers will accept monetary "free will donations" for these goods.
The proceeds are used to purchase food, refreshments, maintenance items etc. used at the Community Center.
Have leftover items from your garage or yard sale? We accept all useable items!

"Friends of the CTCC" a volunteer group whose efforts make the Community Center and its many events possible Anniversary, Retirement, Birthday and Graduation Parties
